Palmira Development GmbH, founded last year, has a new addition to its team. Since 1 February, Jan Pierre Lenssen (43) has strengthened the team around the two managing directors Hubert Reck and Marcus Blumenthal.
Lenssen has many years of experience as an architect and project developer for commercial real estate. In addition to working for several years at the general contractor Goldbeck, he was also responsible for the independent project management of commercial and logistics properties throughout Germany at the project developer Panattoni. Most recently, Lenssen worked as a project manager at Scannell Properties.
In his new role as Project & Development Manager at Palmira Development, Lenssen will be responsible for the coordination and management of technical and planning issues, among other things.
